The Conference
The Australian Association of Gerontology (AAG) is hosting its 41st National Conference in Fremantle, Western Australia at the Esplanade Hotel from 18 - 21 November 2008.
The Conference is held annually and significantly assists the AAG in furthering its mission which is 'to expand knowledge on ageing with the purpose of improving the experience of ageing.' The theme for this year’s conference is 'Ageing Landscapes.'
Landscape Theme:
Social/CommunityFamilies, changing roles of carers, social and community connection, ethics, attitudes, virtual technologies, elder abuse, participation, contributions of older people.
