Dunmore grandmother alleges elder abuse by grandsons
Sacramento Business Journal - by Michael Shaw Staff writter
A family fight is the latest in a string of problems to hit Dunmore Capital, as the Dunmore matriarch sued her grandsons Sidney D. and Jeremy Dunmore in Sacramento County on Friday.
Ruth Dunmore, wife of Dunmore Development founder George Dunmore, alleged her grandsons committed elder abuse, undue influence and duress when they pressured her to sign loan document late last year.
Ruth Dunmore said she uncovered forgeries late last year of her and late husband's signature on loan documents signed in 2005, according to court documents. She said her grandsons then pressured her into signing new documents.
Her grandsons could not be reached for comment late Tuesday.
