One DeKalb County judge calls it horrifying.
It's the case of a home health care worker who's accused of sedating her 97 year old patient, then robbing her.
And it's not the first time she'd done this.
36-year-old Felicia Harvey was in the midst of negotiating a plea for doing the same thing to a 90-year-old Gwinnett County woman.
"People abuse animals. People abuse and abandon children. The elderly, unfortunately, are not exempt from bad people in the world," says Orzy Theus, with the DeKalb County District Attorney's office.
Investigators say the first scam, of the 90 year old, netted Harvey about $17,000. However, police say, in the latest thefts, Harvey took $80,000 from the 97 year old before she was caught.
