Elder abuse suspect arrested, victim speaks out

Police say a woman wanted for elder abuse and identity fraud has been arrested. See Police looking for elder abuse suspect.
Fifty-seven-year-old Frances Brown was arrested Thursday thanks to an anonymous tip.
Savannah-Chatham police say Brown, who is also known as the "Traveling Evangelist," befriends senior citizens to gain access to their personal information and credit card accounts.
That's what happened to 81-year-old Vernell Jackson. Jackson and her family says they are truly shocked that someone they considered a close friend would take advantage of them, but they are also pleased that Francis Brown is behind bars.
