It is incredible that this case is still ongoing.
A law gone bad, must be remedied! There are now a whole host of websites detailing incredible cases of guardianship/conservatorship abuse:
National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse (NASGA)
Abusive Guardianship.Com
Conservators Gone Wrong
Guardian for Profits (LA Times Series)
GuardianshipScam
Victims of Guardians
The Matha Ham/Kyle Hamilton Case
Paradise Costs
The Clara Fernandez Case

This case has been going for over 4 years? For goodness sake, those who have the power to put an end to Clara’s saga, please put this case to rest. Let the public know why this case has dragged on for so long! Clara is 89 years old!
Return Clara to her family who cares and STOP draining her estate/assets.
It is amazing that in spite of constant publicity and urging we are ignored.
The frightening thought is that, even well publicized cases of Guardianship/Conservatorship abuse are dragged on for years before some kind of resolution for the families involved; what about other similar cases that have no one to speak up for the victims?
We cannot be complacent as it may happen to you or your loved ones.
JOIN US IN PUBLICIZING THESE CASES AND WORK TOWARDS BETTER PROTECTION FROM SUCH COURT SANCTIONED ABUSES!
WHERE IS THE PROFESSIONAL PRIDE IN THE BAR ASSOCIATION?
Why is the government SILENT on this issue?
There are now more publicity on guardianship and conservatorship ABUSE.
WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED!
