Today a woman appeared in court for not only drug possession but elder abuse too.
Jennifer Allgrunn made her initial appearance earlier today after the Great Falls Police Department followed up on a complaint from the Goldstone Assisted Living Home where Allgrunn was employed.
The nursing home claimed Allgrunn was routinely stealing medication. Probation officers caught up with Allgrunn Friday, checked her pockets, and found nine prescription pills and packaging for more, .all of which were administered at Goldstone.
Allgrunn who was on probation at the time, later admitted she has been stealing medication since the beginning of her Employment in December of last year.
She could face up to 10 years in prison. Her bail has been set at $10,000.
