Daughter faces criminal charges

A caregiver for her father, Debra Howard has been charged with theft of property and abuse of an adult, after an investigator from the Department of Human Services discovered the offenses she committed against her father.
The father is 72 years old and resides at 1108 E. Oak St. with this daughter, who is considered his direct care giver.
