Jury gets grim details in elder abuse case

CALDWELL, Idaho (AP) -
The trial of a Nampa man accused of criminal abuse and neglect for the way he and his twin brother cared for their mother last year is under way.
Attorneys began laying out two very different scenarios for jurors Tuesday in the case of 56-year-old David Nicks. The Idaho Statesman reports David's twin brother Danny faces trial on the same charges later this month.
